"DICARLO IS THE BEST. I have spent 2 years writing, recording, mixing and 'waiting' to create this hours worth of music. When it came time to Master the work, I decided to try 3 different companies. Hope you understand Dicarlo, because this is my first CD and I wanted to be sure my work received THE BEST treatment available.

The first company sent me 1 sample.

The second, uploaded all 13 songs where I have access to them.

Dicarlo sent me 3 songs on 2 occasions for a total of 6.

Simply by comparing, I could tell Dicarlo really 'digs in' to the tracks and does what's necessary to bring out the best aspects.

Each song was studied, to identify flaws(I know where they are) and they have been addressed.

The other 2 companies seem to have laid all of my songs down on a conveyor belt and pushed a button and ran them through a machine.

When I listen to their work, I can't believe they actually listened to the tracks before sending them to me. Both of these companies charge less, but the savings aren't worth it. (If anyone would like the name of the other 2 companies, send me a PM and I will get back with you.You really do want to stay away from them.)

I will say it again.
DICARLO IS THE BEST.
It's quite obvious to me that he really cares about his work.
Next time, I won't have to, 'shop around' . . ."

DAVID  PENDRAGON  ( IOMA winner Best Producer  2006) has worked as studio engineer for EMI Records, and many top studios in Australia.

"I worked with Dicarlo on a remix project of a song called Ever So Lonely
recently. I am in Australia, he is in Berlin so we worked over the net
transferring 24bit files initially and the doing "test" mixes using 320kbps
Mp3 files. Dicarlo would do what he thought I wanted [with his own ideas
incorporated] then I would make outrageous demands, like, hey mate can you
take that fantastic 7 min remix and turn it into a 4 min radio mix?
Throughout the process there were many changes to the piece itself [due to
stupid record company requests] and Dicarlo kept his head [and sense of
humour] throughout. The end result was a great remix of my original mix and
we expect that in 2008 you will all be hearing it!! Seriously this is the
guy you should talk to if you want your production values set at 11, either
for recording or remixing I now tell my production team......GET DICARLO!!"

I just want you to know how thrilled I am with the help you provided on remixing my recording, “I Don’t Know What”. When I completed the initial production I knew, “it wasn’t quite right” but I was out of ideas as to how to improve the recording.
